Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”) carefully before downloading, accessing, or using SoundHop games, operated by Acron Inc. (“we,” “us,” or “our”).
By downloading, accessing, or using SoundHop games, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use SoundHop games.
1. Eligibility and Parental Consent
SoundHop games are designed for children aged 3–12 and are intended to be used under parental or guardian supervision.
• If the user is under the age of 16 (the highest applicable age of digital consent across our target regions, including the EU), a parent or legal guardian must review and agree to these Terms on the child’s behalf.
• By allowing a child to use SoundHop games, the parent or guardian confirms that they have read and accepted these Terms.

2. Use of SoundHop Games
SoundHop games are designed for educational purposes only.
Users may use SoundHop games solely for personal, non-commercial purposes unless otherwise authorized in writing by Acron Inc.
The following actions are strictly prohibited:
• Copying, modifying, distributing, or reproducing any part of SoundHop games or their content
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling SoundHop games
• Using SoundHop games for any commercial purpose without prior written consent
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any part of SoundHop games or their infrastructure
• Using SoundHop games in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
3. Intellectual Property
All content within SoundHop games, including but not limited to software, curriculum, images, graphics, audio recordings, sound files, logos, character designs, and UI elements, is owned by or licensed to Acron Inc. and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
No content may be copied, distributed, modified, reproduced, or used in any form without prior written permission from Acron Inc.
Any unauthorized use of our intellectual property may result in legal action.
4. Educational Content Disclaimer
SoundHop games are designed to support phonemic awareness, phonics, and early English literacy development.
We do not guarantee specific educational outcomes, academic performance, or language proficiency. Individual results may vary depending on the learner’s age, frequency of use, prior experience, and learning environment.
SoundHop games are intended as supplementary educational tools and are not substitutes for professional instruction or assessment.
5. Local Data Storage and Progress
Important: If a game is deleted, the device is reset, local game data is cleared, or the game is reinstalled, all stored progress may be permanently lost.
Because all learning progress is stored locally on the user’s device, Acron Inc. cannot recover lost progress resulting from device changes, malfunction, deletion, or user actions.
Parents or guardians may wish to periodically monitor and note their child’s learning progress
6. Third-Party Platforms
We reserve the right to update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of SoundHop games at any time. Where reasonably possible, we will provide advance notice of material changes through the games or our website.
Acron Inc. is not liable for any interruption, suspension, or discontinuation of SoundHop games or their features.

We reserve the right to update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of SOUNDHOP at any time. Where reasonably possible, we will provide advance notice of material changes through the App or our website.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SoundHop games are provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
We do not warrant that SoundHop games will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free from harmful components.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Acron Inc. and its officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of or inability to use SoundHop games, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of a SoundHop game shall not exceed the amount you paid for that game.
10. Subscriptions and Auto-Renewal
SoundHop games may offer monthly and annual subscription options. Free content available before a subscription is required may vary by game.
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless canceled in accordance with the applicable app store's subscription terms.
All subscription billing is processed through the app store from which you downloaded the game, such as Google Play or the Apple App Store. You can manage, modify, or cancel your subscription at any time through your app store account settings. Acron Inc. does not have the ability to modify or cancel subscriptions on your behalf.
Refunds are handled in accordance with the policies of the platform through which the subscription was purchased.
Subscriptions are licensed for individual personal use by a single child. Subscriptions may not be shared across multiple children, resold, transferred to unrelated users, or used for commercial or institutional purposes (such as schools, academies, or other organizations) without a separate license agreement. Acron Inc. reserves the right to suspend or terminate access where evidence of subscription abuse is found.
11. Privacy
.Your use of SoundHop games is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Please review the Privacy Policy to understand how we protect your privacy and handle information related to your use of SoundHop games.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page. Your continued use of SoundHop games after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to conflict of law principles.
If you are using SoundHop games from outside the Republic of Korea, you may also be entitled to remedies under the consumer protection laws of your country of residence. Nothing in these Terms limits any non-waivable consumer rights you may have under your local laws.

2. SoundHop 게임 이용
SoundHop 게임은 교육 목적으로 설계되었습니다.
이용자는 Acron Inc.의 사전 서면 승인이 없는 한 SoundHop 게임을 개인적이고 비상업적인 목적으로만 이용할 수 있습니다.

4. 교육 콘텐츠 면책 조항
SoundHop 게임은 음소 인식, 파닉스 및 초기 영어 문해력 발달을 지원하도록 설계되었습니다.
당사는 특정한 교육적 성과, 학업 성취도 또는 언어 능력 향상을 보장하지 않습니다. 개인별 결과는 학습자의 연령, 이용 빈도, 사전 경험 및 학습 환경에 따라 달라질 수 있습니다.
SoundHop 게임은 보조적인 교육 도구로 제공되며, 전문적인 교육이나 평가를 대체하기 위한 것이 아닙니다.
5. 로컬 데이터 저장 및 학습 진도
중요: 게임을 삭제하거나, 기기를 초기화하거나, 로컬 게임 데이터를 삭제하거나, 게임을 재설치하는 경우 저장된 모든 학습 진도가 영구적으로 소실될 수 있습니다.
모든 학습 진도는 이용자의 기기에만 로컬로 저장되므로, 기기 변경, 오작동, 삭제 또는 이용자의 행동으로 인해 소실된 학습 진도를 Acron Inc.는 복구할 수 없습니다.
부모 또는 보호자는 자녀의 학습 진도를 정기적으로 확인하고 기록해 둘 수 있습니다.
6. 제3자 플랫폼
SoundHop 게임은 Google Play 및 Apple App Store를 포함한 제3자 플랫폼을 통해 배포될 수 있습니다.
이러한 플랫폼의 이용에는 각 플랫폼의 이용약관 및 개인정보처리방침이 적용됩니다.
모든 인앱 구매에는 해당 플랫폼 제공업체의 결제, 구독 및 환불 정책이 적용됩니다.
Acron Inc.는 이러한 제3자 플랫폼이 제공하는 정책, 개인정보 보호 관행, 결제 서비스 또는 콘텐츠에 대해 책임을 지지 않습니다.
7. 서비스 변경 및 이용 가능성
당사는 언제든지 SoundHop 게임의 일부를 업데이트, 수정, 일시 중단 또는 종료할 권리를 보유합니다. 합리적으로 가능한 경우, 중요한 변경 사항은 게임 또는 당사 웹사이트를 통해 사전에 안내합니다.

SoundHop 게임의 이용과 관련하여 발생하는 청구에 대한 당사의 총 책임은 해당 게임에 대해 이용자가 지불한 금액을 초과하지 않습니다.
10. 구독 및 자동 갱신
SoundHop 게임은 월간 및 연간 구독 옵션을 제공할 수 있습니다. 구독이 필요하기 전에 이용할 수 있는 무료 콘텐츠의 범위는 게임마다 다를 수 있습니다.
구독은 해당 앱 스토어의 구독 약관에 따라 취소하지 않는 한 각 결제 기간이 끝날 때 자동으로 갱신됩니다.
모든 구독 결제는 해당 게임을 다운로드한 앱 스토어(예: Google Play 또는 Apple App Store)를 통해 처리됩니다. 이용자는 언제든지 해당 앱 스토어의 계정 설정에서 구독을 관리, 변경 또는 취소할 수 있습니다. Acron Inc.는 이용자를 대신하여 구독을 변경하거나 취소할 수 없습니다.
환불은 구독을 구매한 플랫폼의 정책에 따라 처리됩니다.
구독은 한 명의 아동이 개인적으로 이용하기 위한 용도로 제공됩니다. 구독을 여러 아동이 공유하거나, 재판매하거나, 관련 없는 다른 이용자에게 양도하거나, 별도의 라이선스 계약 없이 학교, 학원 또는 기타 기관 등의 상업적·기관적 목적으로 사용할 수 없습니다. 구독의 부정 이용이 확인되는 경우 Acron Inc.는 이용을 일시 중지하거나 종료할 권리를 보유합니다.
