If you purchase a subscription to a SoundHop game, your payment is processed entirely through the app store from which you downloaded the game, such as Google Play or the Apple App Store. SoundHop games do not require a separate login or account.

Payment information, billing details, and your app store account information are handled directly by the applicable platform provider. Acron Inc. does not receive, store, or process this information.

2-2. Information You Voluntarily Provide

If you contact us directly (for example, by emailing support@getsoundhop.com), we will receive the information you choose to share, such as your name and email address. This information is used solely to respond to your inquiry and is not used for marketing purposes or shared with third parties.

 

3. Platform and Device Information

SoundHop games do not collect personal information.

However, certain device, diagnostic, or transaction-related information may be collected automatically by the platform through which you downloaded a game (such as Google Play or the Apple App Store) or by your device's operating system.

These data collection practices are governed by the applicable platform provider's privacy policy and your device settings, not by Acron Inc.

Acron Inc. does not access, receive, store, or process this information.

3-1. No Tracking

SoundHop games do not use advertising identifiers, behavioral advertising, cross-app tracking, or technologies designed to track users across apps or websites.

We do not sell, rent, or share personal information with third parties for advertising or marketing purposes.

SoundHop games do not display third-party advertisements or use third-party advertising SDKs.

Children are not shown behavioral, personalized, or interest-based advertisements while using the games.

4. Local Device Storage

SoundHop games store learning progress locally on the user's device only.

This locally stored data:

• Is used solely to save and restore the child's learning progress within the game
• Is not transmitted to Acron Inc. or any third party
• Is not linked to any personal identity or account
• Remains entirely on the user's device

 

5. No Cloud Storage or Synchronization

 SoundHop games do not currently provide:

• Cloud backup

• Account creation or login

• Data synchronization across devices

• Online profile storage

All progress data remains on the local device only.

 

6. Data Loss

If a game is deleted, the device is reset, local game data is cleared, or the game is reinstalled, stored learning progress may be permanently lost.

Because all learning progress is stored locally on the user's device, Acron Inc. cannot recover lost progress resulting from device changes, malfunction, deletion, or user actions.

Parents or guardians may wish to periodically monitor and note their child's learning progress.

 

7. Children's Privacy

SoundHop games are designed for children aged 3–12 and are intended to be used under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

We take children's privacy seriously and comply with applicable laws protecting children's data, including the Korean Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA) and, where applicable, the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We do not display behavioral advertising or track users for marketing purposes.

We do not allow children to share personal information within the games.

SoundHop games are designed so that children can use their core learning features without creating an account or providing personal information.

Parents or guardians are encouraged to supervise their children's use of SoundHop games and to contact us if they have any questions regarding privacy, data protection, or their child's use of the games.
